Lemongrass is fragrant and makes excellent tea. If growing lemongrass in the garden, use the stalk to cook and cut the leaves off to make tea. It is great hot or iced.

- 1 stalk lemongrass
- 6 cups filtered water
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- Cut lemongrass stalk into 4" pieces. Bruise the pieces with a pestle or meat tenderizer. If using the leaves, fold them into bundles.
- In a saucepan, bring water to a boil, add lemongrass, and let simmer for 3 minutes. Remove lemongrass and add sweetener of your choice for your desired level of sweetness.
