Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. poppy seeds
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. grated lemon zest
  • 1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. raw honey
  • ½ cup low-fat milk
  • ½ cup ice

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
