Lemony Ginger Marinade
Feel free to substitute 2 teaspoons of minced ginger for the ground ginger and 2 teaspoons of fresh chopped dill for the dried dill seeds.

- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ cup white wine
- 2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. dill seed
- 2 tsp. sugar
- Combine all the ingredients. Let the marinade sit, covered and refrigerated, at least 1 hour before using.
