Lemony Ginger Marinade

Feel free to substitute 2 teaspoons of minced ginger for the ground ginger and 2 teaspoons of fresh chopped dill for the dried dill seeds.

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. dill seed
  • 2 tsp. sugar

  • Combine all the ingredients. Let the marinade sit, covered and refrigerated, at least 1 hour before using.
