Lemony Ginger Tea

Ginger has been used for many years in Chinese medicine. It helps alleviate stomach pain, diarrhea, and nausea.

  • 3 pieces gingerroot (1")
  • 4 cups cold filtered water
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. honey


  • Peel gingerroot and cut into thin slices.
  • Boil water and add ginger slices. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Strain tea and discard ginger slices. Add lemon juice and honey. Serve hot or cold.
