Lemony Ginger Tea
Ginger has been used for many years in Chinese medicine. It helps alleviate stomach pain, diarrhea, and nausea.

- 3 pieces gingerroot (1")
- 4 cups cold filtered water
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- Peel gingerroot and cut into thin slices.
- Boil water and add ginger slices. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Strain tea and discard ginger slices. Add lemon juice and honey. Serve hot or cold.
