Light and Creamy Chive Dressing
You can mix mayonnaise with a fair amount of water without losing the creamy texture. The water makes the dressing go farther and reduces the overall calories.

- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- ¼ cup water
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- 1½ tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- Whisk the mayonnaise and water together in a medium mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Stir the chives, garlic powder, and pepper into the dressing. Mix well and pour into a lidded container. Store in refrigerator and shake well before each use.
