Light Root Beer Floats
Root beer floats are the essence of summer. You can use low-carb root beer and no-sugar ice cream if you’d like.

- 4 cups light root beer
- 2 cups light vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup crushed root beer candy
- Chill six 1-cup mugs. Add ⅓ cup of root beer to each mug. Add ⅓ cup of the ice cream to each mug and stir gently. Slowly top with remaining root beer.
- Sprinkle with the crushed candy and serve immediately.
