Lime-Banana Smoothie

Smoothies are a wonderfully refreshing way to start any day, but they’re particularly good on a hot and sultry morning.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1½ cups plain yogurt
  • 1 cup cracked ice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tbsp. Splenda
  • ½ tsp. lime zest
  • Fresh mint for garnish

Directions

  • Add all ingredients but the mint to blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into frosty glasses. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint in each smoothie.
