Lime and Coconut Smoothie

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 large limes, peeled and seeded
  • 2 cups full fat canned coconut milk
  • ½ cup purified water

Directions

  • Combine spinach, chia seeds, limes, and coconut milk in a blender with half of the water and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining water while blending until desired consistency is reached.
