Liquid Salsa

This smoothie combines the anti-inflammatory properties of pineapple, cilantro, turmeric, and ginger with the cooling effect of avocados.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ½ Tbsp. virgin coconut oil
  • ½ tsp. turmeric
  • ½ tsp. minced ginger
  • 1 cup light coconut milk

Directions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 45 seconds. Add ice for coolness and to thin the smoothie a bit.
