Low-Cal Blueberry Smoothie

The texture and tart flavor of blueberries make a nice combination with sweet banana. Enjoy as is, or add crushed ice during the final stage of blending.

  • 2⁄3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1⁄2 cup plain, low-fat yogurt
  • 1⁄2 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tsp. honey


  • Process the blueberries in a food processor or blender. Add the yogurt and milk and process again. Add the banana and honey and process again. Serve in a tall glass.
