Low-Cal Blueberry Smoothie
The texture and tart flavor of blueberries make a nice combination with sweet banana. Enjoy as is, or add crushed ice during the final stage of blending.

- 2⁄3 cup frozen blueberries
- 1⁄2 cup plain, low-fat yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup fat-free milk
- 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 tsp. honey
- Process the blueberries in a food processor or blender. Add the yogurt and milk and process again. Add the banana and honey and process again. Serve in a tall glass.
