Low-Calorie Orange Sherbet

- 1 cup nonfat dry milk
- 3 cups cold water
- 3 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 packet sucralose sweetener
- Combine dry milk and water in a blender and blend until smooth. Add juice concentrate and sweetener and pulse to combine. Pour into a loaf pan and freeze for 1 hour, or until almost solid.
- Turn out of the pan into a bowl and beat with a fork to break up the ice crystals. Return to the pan and refreeze 1 hour until firm.
