Low-Fat Buttermilk Dressing
Make sure to shake ingredients thoroughly before serving. If you use a blender, blend on low.

- 1 carton (16 oz.) fat-free cottage cheese
- 2 cups low-fat buttermilk
- 3 Tbsp. chives
- 1 package (8 oz.) ranch-style salad dressing mix
- 1⁄4 tsp. Splenda
- Combine ingredients in the jar of a blender. Blend until cottage cheese is completely smooth.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to pour over salad greens.
