Low-Fat Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Buttermilk is naturally thick and tastes rich, even though it’s low in fat. This classic dressing is perfect drizzled over mixed greens.

  • ¾ cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 2 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 medium shallots, peeled chopped
  • ⅛ tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • ⅛ tsp. pepper

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend or process until mixed.
  • Cover, and store in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
