Low-Fat Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
Buttermilk is naturally thick and tastes rich, even though it’s low in fat. This classic dressing is perfect drizzled over mixed greens.

- 3⁄4 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 medium shallots, peeled chopped
- 1⁄8 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
- 1⁄4 cup chopped parsley
- 1⁄8 tsp. pepper
- Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend or process until mixed.
- Cover, and store in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
