Low-Fat Cream Cheese Frosting
You can spread this frosting on any simple cookie or cake or use it to make a quick snack for your kids by spreading it between graham crackers.

Makes: 2 cups
- 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 package (3 oz.) low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 2 packages (3 oz.) nonfat cream cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup low-fat sour cream
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- ⅛ tsp. salt
- In a large bowl, combine butter, all of the cream cheese, and sour cream; beat well until fluffy.
- Add half of the powdered sugar; beat until fluffy. Stir in vanilla and salt and beat well. Add remaining powdered sugar, beating constantly until frosting reaches desired spreading consistency.
