Low-Fat Fudge Sauce
This delicious sauce only has 1 gram of saturated fat per serving. It’s so rich and creamy, you won’t miss the fat!

- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- ¼ cup skim milk
- ⅛ tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- 1 can (13 oz.) can low-fat sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- In medium saucepan, combine sugar, skim milk, salt, and vegetable oil and mix well with wire whisk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. Stir in cocoa powder and sweetened condensed milk.
- Bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring frequently, until sauce is thick and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Cool completely, stirring occasionally.
- Pour mixture into a clean glass jar and seal. Store at room temperature for 3–4 days, or in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Heat before serving.
