Low-Salt Peanut Butter Banana Smoothies

This smoothie is a protein- and potassium-packed power breakfast! Choose vanilla almond milk if you prefer a little more sweetness, plain if not.

  • 2 Tbsp. no-salt-added peanut butter
  • 2 medium ripe bananas, peeled
  • 1 cup almond milk


  • Place the peanut butter and bananas into a blender or food processor and purée, scraping down sides as necessary.
  • Add the almond milk and pulse until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve immediately.
