Low-Sugar Chocolate Avocado Mousse
While avocado may have been popularized in America as the base for the Mexican classic guacamole, its high fat content and consistency make it an excellent choice to make a thickened dessert. Here itʼs combined with chocolate for a dairy-free delight.

- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 2 medium avocados, pitted and peeled
- 8 drops liquid stevia
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup coconut milk
- Grind chia seeds in a spice grinder until powdered. Pulse avocado in a food processor until broken down, about 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients to avocado and process until smooth.
- Scoop mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to set before serving.
