Lumberjack’s Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup oatmeal
  • 5 frozen mini pancakes, heated
  • 3 turkey sausage patties, cooked until browned
  • 1 hard boiled egg, cut in half
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh berries
  • 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup

Directions

  • Cook oatmeal according to package directions. Spoon into a serving bowl.
  • Heat mini pancakes in microwave according to package directions, layer in bowl.
  • Add sausages, egg, banana, and berries. Drizzle with maple syrup.
