Luscious Lemon Smoothie

- 1 cup watercress
- 2 lemons, peeled
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 cucumbers, peeled
- 1 piece (1⁄2 inch) ginger, peeled
- 2 cups coconut milk
- Place watercress, lemons, celery, cucumbers, ginger, and 1 cup coconut milk in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining 1 cup coconut milk as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
