Luscious Lemon Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup watercress
  • 2 lemons, peeled
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled
  • ½" ginger, peeled
  • 2 cups coconut milk

Directions

  • Place watercress, lemons, celery, cucumbers, ginger, and 1 cup of coconut milk in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining 1 cup of coconut milk as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
