Maca Collagen Latte
Maca, a root that grows in the Andes mountains, has been associated with many potential health benefits, including better mood, improved memory and increased energy and endurance.

- 1 cup Simple Truth™ Unsweetened Almondmilk
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cacao or cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons maca powder
- 2 scoop Simple Truth™ Unflavored Collagen Peptides Dietary Supplement Powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 cups hot strong brewed coffee
- Heat almond milk until hot, about 140°F.
- In blender, add cacao, maca, collagen, maple syrup, hot coffee and almond milk.
- Blend until well combined and frothy. Alternatively, use handheld milk frother to froth ½ cup hot almond milk, 1½ tablespoons cacao, 1 teaspoon maca, 1 scoop collagen and 1 tablespoon maple syrup in mug before adding 1 cup coffee.
- Divide mixture between serving glasses.
