Macadamia Alfredo Sauce
This sauce only takes a few minutes to prepare. It provides a good alternative to cheese in pasta dishes.

- ¾ cup macadamia nuts, soaked for 20 minutes
- ½ cup pine nuts, soaked
- 1 tsp. agave nectar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- ½ tsp. kosher salt
- ½ tsp. ground white pepper
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- ½ cup water
- Drain macadamia nuts and add to a high-powered blender with the pine nuts, agave nectar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic. Blend until smooth. Gradually add the water as the sauce is blending. Add just enough water to help it blend into a thick sauce.
