Make-Ahead Freezer Creamy Dijon Chicken
Not only can you bake this chicken, but you can grill it or even bread and fry it. It is really easy to prepare and proves to be very elegant.

- 1 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 cups heavy cream
- 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. dried tarragon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1⁄2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
- In a medium bowl, mix together the mustard, cream, vinegar, tarragon, salt, and pepper. Put chicken into a freezer bag and pour sauce over the top of it. Freeze.
- Put defrosted chicken and sauce in a baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
