Make-Ahead Freezer Cucumber Dipping Sauce
This sauce is wonderful served with kabobs, or a variety of cut-up vegetables such as red and green bell peppers, carrots, and celery.

- 1 medium cucumber
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1⁄2 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh dill
- Peel, seed, and shred the cucumber. In mixing bowl, mix cucumber, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Freeze in freezer bag or plastic container.
- Stir garlic and dill into defrosted sauce, and serve chilled.
