Mandarin Orange Muffins
Keep these two ingredients on hand in case company stops by— or you find a little extra time some morning.

- 1 box (18.25 oz.) white cake mix marked “just add water”
- 1 can (12 oz.) mandarin oranges
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease muffin tin or line with paper baking cups. Set aside.
- Combine cake mix and oranges in a large mixing bowl. Mix until incorporated; do not expect a smooth batter. Fill muffin cups 2⁄3 full.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
