Mango Banana Sorbet
This is a healthy alternative to ice cream. You still get the satisfaction of eating something cold and creamy without all the calories and sugar of ice cream. If your mangoes are not sweet enough, and you desire a little more sweetness, add 1 tablespoon raw honey to your sorbet.

- 2 cups cubed frozen mango
- 2 medium bananas
- ¼ cup light coconut milk
- Cold water if needed
- In a blender, combine the mango, bananas, and coconut milk. Blend until you have the consistency of sorbet.
- If you’re having difficulty blending, try adding 1 tablespoon of cold water. Add 1 tablespoon at a time until you get the blender going. Serve immediately.
