This is absolutely lovely with fish, shrimp, chicken, or other foods that you can grill or skewer. Using the Splenda leaves you with lots of natural flavor.

- 1 large mango
- 1 Tbsp. freshly grated gingerroot
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- ½ tsp. ground cardamom
- 2 tsp. Splenda
- Juice of one lime, freshly squeezed
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until mixture reaches the texture of oatmeal. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
