Mango Chutney

This is absolutely lovely with fish, shrimp, chicken, or other foods that you can grill or skewer. Using the Splenda leaves you with lots of natural flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 large mango
  • 1 Tbsp. freshly grated gingerroot
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • ½ tsp. ground cardamom
  • 2 tsp. Splenda
  • Juice of one lime, freshly squeezed
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until mixture reaches the texture of oatmeal. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
