This fruity, cool chutney is a nice accompaniment to spicy dishes. To peel a ripe mango, you can slide a spoon, bottom side up, under the skin to remove it easily, without damaging the fruit.

- 3 medium mangoes
- 1 medium red onion
- ½ bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp. fresh lime juice
- ½ tsp. freshly grated lime zest
- ⅛ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- Peel and dice the mangoes and onion. Chop the cilantro. Mix together all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
