Mango Jalapeño Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 large mango, peeled, pitted, and chopped
  • ½ cup minced red onion
  • 1 medium jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
  • 4 tsp. fresh lime juice
  • ¼ tsp. salt

Directions

  • Mix mango, red onion, jalapeño, and lime juice in a small bowl. Season with salt. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.
