Mango Jalapeño Salsa

- 1 large mango, peeled, pitted, and chopped
- ½ cup minced red onion
- 1 medium jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- 4 tsp. fresh lime juice
- ¼ tsp. salt
- Mix mango, red onion, jalapeño, and lime juice in a small bowl. Season with salt. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.
