Mango Lassi with Cardamon

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup cubed ripe mango
  • 1⁄2 cup 2% milk
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1⁄4 tsp. ground cardamom


  • Place the yogurt, mango, milk, and honey into a blender. Pulse until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 glasses and sprinkle with cardamom.
