Mango Lassi with Cardamon
This refreshing, fruit drink is popular in India and in Indian restaurants all over the United States. It is also easy to make at home.

- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup cubed ripe mango
- 1⁄2 cup 2% milk
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1⁄4 tsp. ground cardamom
- Place the yogurt, mango, milk, and honey into a blender. Pulse until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses and sprinkle with cardamom.
