Mango Melon Salsa

- 1 cup tomato, diced
- 1 cup fresh mango, peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1 cup diced cantaloupe
- 1 cup diced honeydew
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- ½ Tbsp. minced red jalapeño pepper
- ¼ tsp. kosher salt
- Stir all the ingredients together in a bowl and let the mixture sit for 10 minutes in the refrigerator to marinate.
