Mango Rosewater Sauce
This fruity, floral sauce makes a lovely topping for ice cream, rice pudding, or yogurt.

- 4 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and chopped
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1⁄4 tsp. rosewater
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or blender. Process until smooth and pass through fine-mesh strainer into a serving dish or storage jar.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
