Mango Smoothie

You can use fresh mango in this recipe in place of frozen. If you do, add a few ice cubes to thicken the smoothie and get the proper texture.

  • 1 cup frozen mango cubes
  • 1⁄4 cup coconut water
  • 3⁄4 cup unsweetened rice milk
  • 1 medium orange, peeled and sliced


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
