Mango Strawberry Smoothie

Mangoes, strawberries, lemon, spinach, and soothing chamomile combine in this refreshing and healthy drink.

  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 cups chopped mango
  • 1 pint strawberries, tops removed
  • 1⁄2 medium lemon, peeled
  • 2 cups chamomile tea


  • Place spinach, mangoes, strawberries, lemon, and 1 cup tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining 1 cup tea, as needed, while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
