Mango Yogurt Pudding (Amrakhand)

A variation on saffron yogurt pudding, this is traditionally served with hot puffed bread.

  • 2 cups hung yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup sweetened canned mango pulp
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar


  • Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. You can do this with a spatula or a handheld blender. Adjust sugar to taste. Chill for about 30 minutes, then serve.
