Mango Yogurt Pudding (Amrakhand)
A variation on saffron yogurt pudding, this is traditionally served with hot puffed bread.

- 2 cups hung yogurt or Greek yogurt
- ½ cup sweetened canned mango pulp
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. You can do this with a spatula or a handheld blender. Adjust sugar to taste. Chill for about 30 minutes, then serve.
