Maple and Cardamom Roasted Nuts
These nuts are sweet and savory with an irresistible aroma.

- 2 cups cashews
- 1⁄2 cup pecans
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. ground cardamom
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1⁄4 tsp. cayenne
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Toss the nuts with the maple syrup, oil, cardamom, ginger, salt, and cayenne.
- Spread the mixture on a large rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Store the nuts in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
