Maple and Cardamom Roasted Nuts

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cashews
  • ½ cup pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp. cayenne

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 300°F.
  • Toss the nuts with the maple syrup, oil, cardamom, ginger, salt, and cayenne.
  • Spread the mixture on a large rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Store the nuts in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
