Maple Mocha Frappe
A creamy concoction of coffee, cocoa, and milk, sweetened with a touch of maple syrup, this smoothie is perfect for breakfast or as an anytime pick-me-up. The stronger the coffee, the more flavor it lends to the drink.

- 1 small ripe banana
- 1⁄2 cup brewed coffee
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat milk
- 1 cup low-fat yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- Place the banana in a blender or food processor and purée. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately.
