Maple Pumpkin Spice Latte
This warm latte is reminiscent of a drink you would pay big bucks for at a local coffee chain. By making your own you’re not only saving money, but you’ll have enough for a whole week’s worth of breakfasts. Try it with a whipped cream topping.

- 2 cups brewed very strong coffee or espresso
- 4 cups whole milk
- ¾ cup plain pumpkin purée
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Place all the ingredients in a large saucepan and whisk to combine. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until warmed through. Top with whipped cream and serve immediately.
