Maple Raspberry Vegan Ice Cream
This healthy ice cream comes together in a snap, and the flavors are incredible. The combination of sweet berries and silky maple syrup will make this a family favorite.

- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 2 frozen bananas, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1⁄4 cup maple syrup, divided
- 1⁄2 cup chopped pecans
- Place the raspberries, bananas, and 2 tablespoons maple syrup in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Process until smooth.
- Freeze for 1 hour.
- Drizzle ice cream with remaining maple syrup and top with pecans.
