Maple Turkey Sausage

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground turkey
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • ⅛ tsp. mustard powder
  • ⅛ tsp. ground cloves
  • ⅛ tsp. ground sage
  • ⅛ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp. ground allspice
  • ⅛ tsp. ground mace

Directions

  • Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Shape the mixture into 5 flat patties. Cook over medium heat in a nonstick skillet or grill pan for 3 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
