Maple Turkey Sausage

Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground turkey
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1⁄4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1⁄8 tsp. mustard powder
- 1⁄8 tsp. ground cloves
- 1⁄8 tsp. ground sage
- 1⁄8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1⁄8 tsp. ground allspice
- 1⁄8 tsp. ground mace
Directions
- Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Shape the mixture into 5 flat patties. Cook over medium heat in a nonstick skillet or grill pan for 3 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
