- 2 large ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, and chopped
- 1 small white onion, peeled and diced
- 1 tomato, unpeeled and diced
- 1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- ½ tsp. salt
- Gently combine all the ingredients in a serving bowl. Serve at room temperature.
