Bring out the fresh lemon brightness of crecenza, also called stracchino, with a lively marinade. Serve with crackers, sliced baguette, or as a topping on a green salad.

  • 6 oz. fresh crecenza cheese
  • 1 sprig fresh lemon thyme
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

  • Place cheese and thyme in a glass jar and cover with olive oil. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
