Mastiha on the Rocks

Mastiha liqueur is served as a digestive after a big meal.

Ingredients

  • 3–4 ice cubes
  • 1½ oz. Skinos Mastiha liqueur
  • Lemon wedge

Directions

  • Fill a rocks or cocktail glass with ice. Pour the mastiha over the ice.
  • Squeeze a lemon wedge over the glass and stir. Allow some of the ice to melt and sip away.
