Meatloaf
Meatloaf can be cooked with a variety of toppings, such as ketchup, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, mustard, onions, or beef broth. Leftovers can be turned into hot or cold sandwiches.

Ingredients
- 2⁄3 lb. ground beef
- 1⁄3 lb. ground pork
- 1⁄4 cup shredded carrots
- 1⁄4 cup minced onion
- 1⁄2 tsp. celery salt
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1⁄4 tsp. salt
- 1⁄8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1⁄4 cup oatmeal
- 1⁄4 cup bread crumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, using your hands, combine all ingredients. Shape into a loaf and press into a loaf pan.
- Bake until meat thermometer inserted in the center of the meatloaf reads 160°F, which should be after about 1 1⁄4 hours.
