Mediterranean Breakfast Toast
The whole grain goodness of Pepperidge Farm® bread sets the stage for a not-too-sweet combination of fresh fruits and healthy almond butter. Loads of protein, vitamin C and keep-you-full fiber!

- 1 slice Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain 15-Grain Bread, toasted
- 1 tablespoon Creamy Almond Butter
- 1 tablespoon orange marmalade
- 1⁄4 cup fresh orange, segmented and peeled
- 1 tablespoon mint, thinly sliced
- Pomegranate seeds, optional
- Blueberries, optional
- Spread the toast with almond butter then spoon on marmalade. Top with orange segments and mint, and additional berries if desired. Serve immediately.
