  • 1 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 2 stalks celery, leaves intact
  • 2 cups chamomile tea


  • Place cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, and 1 cup tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining tea while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
