Melon-Kale Morning Smoothie
Sweet melons and oranges combine with kale to kick-start your day (or afternoon!) with vibrant vitamins and omega-packed flax for a better brain, healthier heart, and an overall immunity-boosting blast of all of your daily essentials! For an extra treat, scoop out some melon balls to serve with your smoothie.

- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1 cup watermelon chunks, rind and seeds removed
- 1 cup cantaloupe chunks, rind and seeds removed
- 2 medium oranges, peeled
- ¼ cup ground flaxseed
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency is reached.
