Melon-Kale Morning Smoothie

  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 1 cup watermelon chunks, rind and seeds removed
  • 1 cup cantaloupe chunks, rind and seeds removed
  • 2 medium oranges, peeled
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency is reached.
