- 1 honeydew melon, peeled and seeded
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- ¼ cup fresh mint
- Combine the ingredients in any order in the work bowl of a food processor or blender.
- Purée until smooth.
- Chill 1 hour or more. Whisk before serving and garnish with additional mint leaves as desired.
