Mexican Hot Chocolate Float
Mexican hot chocolate can be purchased at any Mexican grocery. Look for the Ibarra brand.

- 4 squares Mexican chocolate
- 3 cups milk
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- Place the chocolate and milk in a small pot. Heat to just under a boil, then transfer to a blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds, and pour into large coffee mugs. Top with a scoop of ice cream and serve immediately.
