Microwave Corn on the Cob
The microwave gives a quick and easy alternative to boiling corn in a large pot of water. If cooking 2 ears of corn at once, increase the cooking time to 5 minutes.

- 1 ear corn
- 1 tsp. butter
- ¼ salt
- Remove the husk from the corn. Wrap the corn in wax paper and place on a paper towel or microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high heat for 3 minutes. Let stand in microwave for a few minutes. Serve with butter and salt.
