Microwave Spaghetti Squash

This squash looks like spaghetti but tastes even better!

Ingredients

  • 1 large spaghetti squash
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Pierce the skin of the squash with a fork in five or six places and microwave for 2–3 minutes.
  • Cut the squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  • Use a fork to scrape squash into strands and place in a small serving bowl.
  • Blend squash with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately while still warm.
