Microwave Spaghetti Squash
This squash looks like spaghetti but tastes even better!

- 1 large spaghetti squash
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- Pierce the skin of the squash with a fork in five or six places and microwave for 2–3 minutes.
- Cut the squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Use a fork to scrape squash into strands and place in a small serving bowl.
- Blend squash with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately while still warm.
